I'm so so so disappointed this book wasn't for me. Personally I'm not really sure why so many people rate this book so highly. I had a lot of issue's with it, not so much the world or writing style, but the main character's personality and the way she handled things. The love interest was also disturbing, I have no idea how those two worked but they're fucked up in their own special unique ways and deserve each other (and I don't mean this is a positive way, both of them were those weird creepy stalker types that are ridiculous, it so much worse when its both characters and not just one. lol).
Also the main character had a serious issue to get sorted but couldn't get her mind off the love interest to really do anything about it, a personal pet peeve of mine.

Shame I really had high hopes for this series. But we like what we like, and this really wasn't for me.
